Terms of Service
Effective date: 19 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Paymora at https://paymora.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Paymora is operated by Dhruv Tiwari. Questions can be directed to dhruv.tiwari444@gmail.com.
2. What Paymora is
Paymora is a personal subscription tracking tool. It helps you monitor recurring payments, set renewal reminders, and understand your subscription spending. It is a tracking and organisational tool — it does not connect to your bank, process payments, or provide financial advice.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Paymora.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Paymora for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or our systems.
- Abuse, scrape, or overload the service — including automated bulk requests to our API.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
- Use the Gmail scanning feature to access emails other than your own.
5. Your data
You own your subscription data. We store it on your behalf to provide the service. You can export it at any time from Settings → Your data, and permanently delete it from Settings → Delete account.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide and improve the Paymora service.
6. Gmail integration
The Auto-detect feature uses the Gmail API with read-only access to identify billing emails. By connecting Gmail, you authorise Paymora to read your inbox for this purpose. You can revoke this access at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this access to the Gmail account you connect.
7. Email notifications
By enabling email reminders in Settings, you consent to receive transactional notification emails from Paymora. You can disable these at any time from Settings → Notification channels.
8. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is". We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
We are not liable for any missed subscription renewals, unexpected charges, or financial losses arising from service downtime or inaccurate data. Paymora is a tracking tool — always verify important payment dates directly with the relevant service providers.
9. Intellectual property
The Paymora name, logo, and application code are owned by Dhruv Tiwari. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Paymora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that subscription data detected via Gmail will be complete or accurate, or that email reminders will be delivered without delay.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhruv Tiwari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost savings, missed cancellation windows, or data loss — arising from your use of or inability to use Paymora.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50, whichever is greater).
12. Termination
You may stop using Paymora and delete your account at any time from Settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity, with or without prior notice.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
